Due to the age of vintage and antique items and the natural wear they have endured over the years, I do not accept returns, but in the rare cases that I do refund, Shipping will not be refunded, only the price of the item is refunded.  I do my absolute best to provide many photos and in-depth descriptions for my pieces and always inform the pros and cons (if any) so the buyer can make an informed purchase without regret.

We must have photos and details if this should occur. We do our utmost to secure your items with extra padding. We need photos of our packing materials, how items were packed, and a photo of any broken items .  Also needed are photos of the outside of the box / package. This will help us in making a USPS Claim and/or updating our shipping methods.

Yes, we tend to box them within a box  and may add foam or bubble wrap depending upon the fragility rating of the piece. We generally over wrap items to protect them to ensure they reach you intact including fragile stickers!.  We can't guarantee handling so we secure your items within the box/boxes. Shipping price may reflect this in weight.

Yes! We are happy to accept offers on our products for review!  Please do make an offer if you feel an item is overpriced ,or due to some damage that may be noted  in the description of an item.  I try to commensurate any damage on an item in the selling price, but I am always open to offers!  Please note that if we accept offers, we ask that you make the purchase within 8 hours, unless you have special circumstances, after which time the item will return to the original selling price.
